What it is:

The Deep Shift team brings years of experience in coaching leaders of new and established not-for-profits, faith communities and ethical businesses. Many leaders have discovered that just one hour a month of personal coaching can have an enormous impact. Leaders, especially when leading change, must work to stay in perspective, continue growing and learning, and become aware of blind spots and other potential hazards. As your coaches, we will do our best to humbly enter into your individual and communal story. We are committed to listening well, honoring your past and present situation and your dreams.  We will provide safe space for you to grow holistically in your individual and organizational lives for the good of the world.

How we do it:

The frequency and methodology of coaching sessions is determined on an individual basis, based on your needs. A typical coaching relationship is developed by a combination of phone and email sessions, with face-to-face meetings as necessary. We have found that, to be truly effective, coaching relationships should be at least one year, and should include evaluations of progress and options for continuation as needed.

Who it’s for:

Coaching is for anyone that is walking through a season of change or challenge, and for those who desire to go deeper in their leadership journey. We have worked with executive directors, board members, physicians, pastors and lay leaders.
 Deep Shift was created to provide coaching for organizations. We work with leaders, inviting them to discover where the gifts of their people and their purposes in the world meet. Deep Shift provides support as leaders make their own personal fundamental change and guide their organizations through the transition and transformation necessary to empower their people to work for the good of the world.
